About these terms

These terms cover your use of jollyheating.com. They do not cover work we carry out for you — that is governed by the written quote and installation agreement you sign, which takes precedence over anything on this website if the two ever disagree.

Information on this website

We work hard to keep this website accurate, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, pricing, rebate amounts, product availability and programme rules change, sometimes without much notice. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

About our pricing

The prices shown on this website are starting prices, before GST, for a straightforward installation. What your project actually costs depends on your home — its size, its existing equipment, its electrical capacity, and what the work involves.

We give you a firm price in writing after a free in-home assessment. That written quote is the price, not the figure on this website.

About rebates

Rebate amounts shown on this website are the maximums published by the programmes that offer them. Whether your project qualifies, and for how much, depends on the programme's eligibility rules, your home, your current system, and available programme funding.

We assist customers with rebate paperwork, but we do not administer these programmes and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Programmes can change their rules or run out of funding at any time.

About our warranty

Warranty terms described on this website are summaries. The labour warranty that applies to your installation is the one set out in your installation agreement, including its conditions — most importantly, that annual maintenance by Jolly is required to keep any labour warranty valid.

Equipment parts are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms.

This website links to other websites, including rebate programme websites and our Google Business Profile. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our content

The text, photographs, design and code of this website belong to us. Please do not copy them for use elsewhere. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners.

We provide this website as-is. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on information on it, to the extent the law allows us to say so. Nothing here limits our liability for the work we actually perform, which is covered by your installation agreement and by applicable consumer protection law.
