Annual maintenance by Jolly Heating & Cooling is required to keep any labour warranty valid, whatever its term.
Warranty terms vary by product: Hot water tanks (electric and gas) carry 1 year as standard; Heat pump water heaters carry 3 years as standard; Rinnai tankless water heaters, combi boilers and boilers carry 6 years as standard.

Pre-install planning before we start
Before installation day we walk through the job to confirm sizing, where the equipment will sit, how the lines will be routed and what the electrical needs are. The plan is settled before anyone picks up a tool, so there are no surprises.
Post-install checkup
Once your system is running we follow up to make sure everything works the way it should. For most installations that is a phone check-in; for larger or more complex systems we come back to the home.
We assist with your rebate application
We assist you with the paperwork for whichever rebates you qualify for. We help you confirm what you are eligible for and work through the paperwork with you, though the application stays in your name.

We look at your space, your needs, your budget and your rebate eligibility, explain the options in plain terms, and give you a transparent quote.
Pre-install planning and sizing
Heat load calculations, confirmed equipment sizing and a finalised installation plan. Your system is sized for your home — not oversized, not underpowered.
Professional installation
A licensed, insured team. We coordinate permits and inspections, protect your home while we work, and do the job without shortcuts.
Post-install checkup
We follow up once the system is running to confirm it is working as it should. A call for most installations, a site visit for larger or more complex systems.

How much rebate do I qualify for?
Which rebates apply depends on the work. These are the programmes we see most often:
CleanBC Better Homes Energy Savings Program — up to $13,000 on qualifying heat pump installations. Approved rebates are deducted directly from your invoice, so you pay less upfront rather than waiting for reimbursement.
Electrical Service Upgrade rebate — up to $5,000 on electrical service upgrade completed as part of a qualifying heat pump installation. Approved rebates are deducted directly from your invoice, so you pay less upfront rather than waiting for reimbursement.
BC Hydro Home Renovation Rebate Program — up to $4,000 on replacing an existing electric heating system, such as electric baseboards or an electric furnace, with a qualifying heat pump. You pay the full cost upfront and apply once installation is complete.
CleanBC heat pump water heater rebate — up to $3,500 on installing a qualifying heat pump water heater. Approved rebates are deducted directly from your invoice, so you pay less upfront rather than waiting for reimbursement.
Rebate amounts are subject to eligibility and provincial funding availability. We'll confirm what you qualify for during your free assessment.

Where a category offers both, the two options do the same job — what changes is the price and the specification. We go through the trade-offs during your free assessment so the choice is yours to make.
Do you offer same-day service?
Hot water tank replacements can often be done the same day or the next day.
Full system installations are scheduled after your free in-home assessment, because the equipment has to be sized for your home first.
How do I schedule a free quote?

Can I finance my installation?
Yes. We offer payment plans through FinanceIt. Ask about financing during your free quote and we will go through the options with you.
How often should I maintain my HVAC system?
Once a year. Annual maintenance keeps the system running efficiently and catches small problems early.
Annual maintenance by Jolly Heating & Cooling is required to keep any labour warranty valid, whatever its term.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Not at the moment. We are an installation company, and we maintain and service the systems we install so we know their full history.
What happens if my system breaks down after installation?
3 years standard, with optional 12-year coverage. All labour warranties require annual maintenance by Jolly and transfer to the new owner if you sell your home.
Some products differ. Hot water tanks (electric and gas) carry a 1-year labour warranty and are not extendable. Rinnai tankless water heaters, combi boilers and boilers start at 6 years and can be upgraded to 12.
